1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of Repair My Bill (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
2. Service Overview
Repair My Bill provides professional bill review and negotiation services for both consumers and businesses. You provide us with your billing documents and authorization; we then work directly with your service providers to attempt to reduce your bills.
You are only charged if we successfully save you money. There are no upfront costs.
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information
- Have authority to share and authorize negotiation on any account submitted
4. Service Authorization
You agree to:
- Provide accurate bills, account access details (when needed), and any required documentation (including LOA)
- Allow Repair, My Bill to contact service providers on your behalf to request discounts, rate reductions, and adjustments
- Allow us to submit requests for promotional rates, loyalty credits, or similar offers in your name
5. Payment Terms
- You will be charged only if we secure a confirmed savings from your provider
- Our standard one-time fee is 40% of the first 12 months of verified savings
- If payment is not made within 48 hours of invoice, the fee may be increased up to 50% of savings and interest or collection actions may be applied
- You are responsible for ensuring payment method(s) on file remain valid
6. Results Not Guaranteed
While we aim for every client to receive savings, results depend on the provider’s policies, account standing, and eligibility. We do not guarantee any specific savings or provider response.
7. Use of Website and Content
You agree not to misuse or attempt to access secure areas of our platform or impersonate any person or entity. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of our website without written permission.
8. Data Protection
Your data is protected under our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and secure your information.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate service to any user for fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms. Users may cancel service at any time prior to negotiation being initiated.
10. Disputes and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes must be resolved in the appropriate courts of Kansas City, MO.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised terms.
