How long does it take to get results?

Most bill reviews and negotiations are completed within 1 to 3 business days after we receive your documents and authorization. Some providers may take longer, but we’ll keep you informed throughout the process.

Is my personal or billing information safe with you?

Yes. We use secure forms, encrypted data storage, and never share your information with anyone except your service provider — and only for the purpose of negotiating savings. You’re fully protected under our Privacy Policy and Terms

What if I have multiple bills or providers?

That’s great! You can submit as many bills as you’d like — internet, phone, alarm, merchant processing, etc. Each bill is reviewed individually, and you’ll only be charged a one-time fee per bill if we save you money.

Can I approve savings before being charged?

Absolutely. You’ll receive a detailed savings breakdown showing the old and new rates, how we achieved the savings, and confirmation from your provider (when applicable). You’re only charged after this step.
